Volunteer Parents!!! The Gators Need Your Support!! A few of our Board Members are retiring after long years of service and the Gators are in need of your help to participate in being a part of the 2009 Gleannloch Gator Board! This is a great way to support your kids and this organization. Interested parents please contact John Phillips, President or Jackie Frymire, Secretary or Lisa Burnett, Volunteer Coordinator for more information on the available positions! Without the help of our dedicated Gator parents, our swim team would not be possible!
Volunteer schedule - last updated 14-May-2008.
Attention All Gators! The volunteer duties are finally posted! Please take a minute to review your shift responsibilities for the season. As you can see, we need numerous Gators to run an efficient swim meet! During registration each family submitted a $250 volunteer commitment fee to be be held until the end of the season. To be sure these funds are returned, your family is responsible for their assigned shift duty - found on the Gator website. We have done everything possible to accommodate your special requests. New this year: Shift Trade responsibility is up to you! If you are not able to work your designated shift, it will be your responsibility to find a substitute. You must advise me by email, who will be working in your place and how to designate the hours. example: Burnett and Philips are trading 5/31 shift for 6/7 shift or Burnett is working Philips' shift, as a kind neighbor :-) ** If the information is not communicated and a shift is left vacant - the family responsible will be jeopardy of losing their $250 deposit. Earning your credit requires - CHECKING IN EACH SATURDAY AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT *Tent parents, please pickup your tent rosters at the volunteer tent. Your shift begins when families arrive for warm up. * Setup - Friday night/Early Saturday morning volunteers - be sure to check in before the end of day! * Ready Bench/Timers/Scribes - you will have an orientation meeting 15-20 minutes prior to each shift. Be sure to listen for your instructions and check in prior to the meeting. Thank you in advance for all of your efforts. Together we can make this season the best organized and most fun swim experience yet.
